Marketing on Auto-Pilot with Rikibo

1. Can you tell me about Rikibo and why you co-founded your business?

3. How can event planners (and businesses hosting events) utilize Rikibo for event marketing purposes?

Rikibo offers a great way to build your guest list in the most cost-effective manner possible. Another use case is a retargeting campaign, meaning you can advertise to the event attendees after the event has wrapped up. You can upload your guest list in the Rikibo dashboard and showcase targeted ads that will only be seen by guests that are on that list.

4. I would love to know more about your latest project setting up a conference campaign!

One of our newest targeting offerings is hyperlocal geofencing. How this works is we set up a ‘virtual geofence’ around an event location: This can be anything from a large convention center that’s hosting a conference, down to a small hotel that you want to target. When people enter into that location, they’re then added to an audience that can be served mobile ads.

The most common use of this type of targeting is for events and conferences. We just had a customer launch a new brand at a large conference in the UK – We were able to help them create significant buzz by serving ads to the conference attendees. We got to test a variety of different ads and messages, and it was far more cost effective and engaging than buying a spot in the conference newsletter or magazine.
